The Pfälzerwald-Verein Dahn e.V. cabin, which offers refreshments and overnight accommodations (for 8 to 18 people), is located at an elevation of 232 meters and has been in operation since 1956. To mark the return of the wolf to the Palatinate Forest, information stations here provide valuable insights into the wolf and its habits. The adjacent Wolf Tour (an 8-kilometer loop trail) offers a deeper exploration of this topic. After a hike, visitors can relax and recharge their batteries either inside the lodge or in the partially covered outdoor area.
