The Zweibrücken State Stud Farm boasts a long history – founded in 1755, it has developed into one of the leading stud farms in the region and beyond, producing four of its own horse breeds. In addition to breeding, various equestrian events are regularly held on the stud farm grounds. It is also active in the field of riding instruction.

Miesau RACETRACK

After a long history of horse racing in Miesau and various locations for the racetrack, it was built at its current site in 1974. Horse races, parades, show jumping competitions, and tournaments have been held in Miesau since 1922. A training track is also available next to the racetrack.

Wasgau Fjord Horse Farm

The Wasgau Fjord Horse Farm places particular emphasis on species-appropriate animal husbandry, which is reflected in the way the animals are handled, fed, and even in the design of the stables.
